Let’s weave!

In this half day intensive workshop (4 hours), you will learn the basics of tapestry frame loom weaving.

We will go over each step of the textile making process - From drafting your design, to winding the warp,, and then weaving a variety of techniques, We will also review textile terminology to displaying a finished work. I will work alongside you, helping you develop your piece through every step of the textile-making process. You will leave this one-on-one class with a wall-hanging or “woven drawing”. All materials will be provided.

Lunch will not be provided, though refreshments will be served.

The class will take place in my Bushwick, Brooklyn, Studio.
